I moving from Sweden to Berlin next week to study german and to use psychoactive drugs
Is salvia legal in Germany? Do you know any good german internet shops? Can you buy it in stores in Berlin?

I also wonder about the legal status of cannabis, mushrooms and ayahuasca. I've been told that cannabis is "semi-legal" in Berlin.

Hopefully i can talk with you in your native language in a couple of weeks

You are right, Salvia D is legal in our country. There are also enough commendable online shops like herbaldreams.org or dreamleaves.com, which usually offer Salvia much cheaper than some so called "Head Shops", that you can find in Berlin.
What you have heard about cannabis is not true. It is fully illegal in Germany, even so it is more common here than it is in Netherland, where it is legal actually (not very hard to get some piece).

At last, a question to you: do you consume snus? If yes, where do you source it now?

You won´t be punished, if you own low doses of cannabis. I think in Berlin it is about 5 grams or stuff.
Mushromms are illegal, but you can order them from the dutch without any problems.
Ayahuasca is so to say not completely illegal, but the active alkaloid DMT is, and again, you can order all ingedients for your Jungle-Tea from the dutch.

ich hab das auch schon mal gehört das es da so 2 gesetze gibt die sich wiedersprechen.....also angeblich wird der besitz von geringen mengen nicht verfolgt..........aber ich würds net drauf anlegen.

Well, I'm so to speak a "party-snuser" (you're not allowed to smoke inside resturants/clubs etc. in Sweden so thats why i "snusar" on the weekends). In Berlin I won't have that problem so i won't miss it too much.

well the consume of cannabis is legal (so you cant be punished for having thc in your blood, except if youre caught while driving). but owning, selling etc. is illegal. BUT: if you own low dosages and get caught they dont have to and wont punish you. although its illegal.
